If you’re an owner in Sea Isle City and rent your place out, you probably already know that having a good reliable heating and air-conditioning repairmen available to you at a moment’s notice can be critical. The important part is finding an HVAC repair person who is good at what they do, but also timely in responding to emergencies.

As a long time citizen of Sea Isle, I am happy to offer you recommendation on a good air conditioning and heating repair company if you find yourself in a tough situation. Just use the contact form over in my sidebar.

I also highly recommend getting a service-maintenance contract on your unit to prevent avoidable emergencies. Consider talking about this with the company you decide to work with. But keep in mind that not all emergencies can be avoided so the most important thing is finding someone who can get the job done, affordably and as fast as possible.

Finding a Good Plumber in Sea Isle City

The number one thing I would recommend for finding a good plumber in Sea Isle is to ask around.   Unlike most places, Sea Isle City is a very seasonal town, and obviously the demand for plumbers goes way up in the summer when the city is bustling and way down in the winter when things are less busy.

In general, if you own a rental property, it’s good to have a plumber on hand that you trust.  I know that when the time comes for needing a plumber, the last thing you want to worry about is whether they will do a good job.

Real Estate at the Jersey Shore

It has been a tough few years for real estate at the Jersey Shore, but this year so far, we have seen a slight increase in sales in Sea Isle City. Due to the economy and the unstable stock market, and CD’s that are barely paying 2.5%, many investors have come back to buying at the Jersey Shore. The interest rates are great, and the prices have come down to where people can afford them once again. If you are not sure where to invest your money, try looking in Sea Isle City and not only have a sound investment, but one you will enjoy time and time again. Call Joe Prato at 609-602-5147 for more details.

The Village of South Walton on the Florida Panhandle

While I live and do Real Estate in Sea Isle City, every once in a while I discover a great place to travel that I like to mention on my blog. If you’ve ever traveled to Florida, you may not know about the Panhandle and northern Gulf Coast region, as it’s not nearly as popular as Orlando, Miami or the Ft. Lauderdale area.

Just recently I took a trip to the Village of South Walton and absolutely fell in love with it. In fact, it’s completely different than the rest of Florida, and in good ways. For example, on the northern Gulf Coast of Florida you will find significantly less humidity and the temperatures aren’t nearly as stifling as the lower portions of Florida.

Also, the sands are white, the oceans calm and crystal clear blue, and it still retains the feeling of untouched paradise. If you’re looking for a different sort of vacation in Florida, I can’t recommend this area highly enough.
