Real Estate Update:
The summer season is approaching the half way point and the real estate market at the Jersey Shore has leveled out. Buyers are now in the drivers seat. Large inventory allows buyers an opportunity to take advantage of a reduction on new construction prices, and helps many a “Dream Come True” by owning their new beach home at the shore.
If you are considering purchasing a new home at the shore, now is a great time to do so. The prices are good, and investment property is a great way to not only secure your finances, but to enjoy the use of the property while doing so.
