My Favorite Sea Isle Eating Establishments

While Sea Isle City is known for its beaches and summer fun, eating is an important factor that brings many visitors to our town. If there is one thing at the top of my list that I enjoy, eating is one of them. I’ve listed a few of my many favorites restaurants and places to eat. From pizza to fine dining, or breakfast to dinner, Sea Isle has a lot to offer.

Breakfast:

Nickelby’s (8301 Landis): Crumb Cake- Soft and Moist on the bottom with
Powdered sugar crumbs on the top. A favorite amongst the T.I. visitors.

Mrs. Brizzles (4411 Landis): Cinnamon Buns. Mrs. Brizzles Cinnamon Buns
Are the best on the Island. They have been featured on Al Rokers Traveling Food
Show!

Uncle Oogies (63rd & Landis): Breakfast Sandwiches. Uncle Oogies offers a
Variety of breakfast sandwiches on rolls, bagels, or bread. Very generous with the
Portions.

Carmens (43rd & Bay): Quaint, rustic, establishment on the water with good
Breakfasts and wonderful atmosphere. (Stay away during extreme heat).

Valarie’s Place (5900 Landis): Good variety of breakfasts and reasonable prices.
(Valarie is the one with the BIG hair). Tell her you are from Millville and see
what gets delivered to your table?

Lunch:

Azzurra Pizzeria (5012 Landis): Great Pizza and Cheesesteaks. Also have
Great Chicken Cheesesteaks.

McGowans (3900 Landis): Wide variety of sandwiches both Hot and Cold. For
Those who like salads, good portion, very fresh, and great selections. Owners
Are very friendly.

Giovanni’s Italian Deli (4309 Landis): Great authentic Italian Hoagies and Italian
Delicacies.

Mike’s Seafood (4222 Park): Great seafood. One of my favorite eating
Establishments. Sit on the dock and enjoy a relaxing lunch. For dinner expect
Crowds and a wait. Either way, you get a great meal.

Dinner:

(Dinner in Sea Isle Cityis very casual. Most restaurants allow almost anything but
bathing suits. Reservations are highly recommended.)

Braca’s Café (JFK & Pleasure): Braca’s offers delicious seafood and Italian
Specialties. Prices range from $20.00-$30.00 for most meals. Leave room for
Desert and have the amaretto cake.

Mikes Seafood (4222 Park): I’m revisiting Mike’s because they have the freshest,
Tastiest, seafood on the Island. Very casual eating on the dock, with BYOB. The
Food and the atmosphere are awesome. No reservations allowed, so be prepared
To wait.

Busch’s Seafood (8700 Landis): Busch’s is a landmark in Sea Isle and a favorite
Of many. The one specialty I enjoy more than anywhere, is the She Crab Soup.
This is only served on Tuesdays and Sundays, but you can also bring this back to
Your property as Take Out. Pull on the 87th Street side of the property and go to
The back door.

Denunzio’s Brick Oven Pizza (3500 Boardwalk): Denunzio’s is famous for the
Old fashion brick oven pizza. Try one of their specialty pies. You’ll love it. Free
Delivery is available.

Dessert:

Yum Yum’s Ice Cream (31 JFK Boulevard): For all your favorite Ice Cream
Desserts, no one beats Yum Yum’s located in the center of town. Every cone has
A little treat at the bottom. A favorite for many generations.
